Reservations & Cancellations
For reservations, either book online or call (530) 588-7378. Our spa receptionists are happy to assist in planning your spa experience.
If you are a new client, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment so you have enough time to fill out paperwork without it running into your service time.
A credit card is required if you are making reservations for 2 or more new clients OR if you are making reservations for 3 or more people (even if they are not new). We will take your card information and if you DO NOT show up to your scheduled appointment, we will charge your card half of what the total cost would be for your group. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow at least 2 hours notice to avoid being charged.
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you are only 5 minutes late, there should be no problem accommodating your full service, however, if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will try to give you your full service time if there is no following appointment in our schedule. If there are booked appointments after yours, we will unfortunately have to shorten your service time. In any case, our policy is to charge the full treatment price to cover our expenses.
Please plan your trip with enough time to spare to avoid being late and missing your appointment time! Our goal is to always provide a wonderful experience for our guests.

Gratuities are left to the discretion of individual guests. We suggest a gratuity of 20-25 %.
