Our Float Tank:
Our sensory deprivation tank consists of 1000 pounds of Epsom salt dissolved into 12” of water and heated to the body’s outside temperature of 95 ̊. The solution’s relative density is 1.25 making the body unable to sink.
Our tank is 7 feet tall, 8 feet long and 4 feet wide. This is plenty of room for you to walk in and get adjusted once you lay down. The float door is easy to open and close as you would like. Our float tank is located in a private room with its own shower, and shower products. The float tank is located in a very quiet area of our tranquil spa, and you will be undisturbed while in your float.
After every float we filter the water, through 3 traps, down to half a micron. See 'Sanitation' for more details.

Why use Epsom Salt?
Magnesium found in epsom salt reduces inflammation, helps muscle and nerve function and helps prevent artery hardening.
Stress drains the body of magnesium and increases levels of adrenaline. Epsom salt is absorbed through the skin and replenishes the level of magnesium in the body. The magnesium helps to produce serotonin, a chemical within the brain that induces a feeling of calm and lowers the effects of adrenaline.
